1. Letter on company letterhead requesting to become a Verified merchant and confirming your business bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, Branch) signed by a director of the company
2. Copy of ID for company director that signed above letter
3. Proof of bank account in the name of the company e.g. stamped Bank Statement or letter from the bank which lists bank account number
4. Copy of the logo you would like associated with the account.
